Orders & shipping

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery across India typically arrives in 4–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship outside India?
Right now we ship within India only. We're working on international shipping — join our newsletter to hear first.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all prepaid orders. A nominal fee applies to cash-on-delivery orders, shown at checkout.

Returns & exchanges

What's your return policy?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Start an exchange within 7 days of delivery and we'll send the replacement size as soon as the original is on its way back to us.

Products & sizing

How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.

Are your products true to fit?
Our gear is designed for training and movement. Most customers find the fit true to size — check the per-product notes for anything that runs small or large.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, popular wallets, and cash on delivery.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant, encrypted checkout. We never store your card details.
